General Resort Information

How close are you to the beach?
There are several beaches, the nearest beach is 10Kms from the resort.
Can I bring food from outside?
As per policy we do not allow outside food since we serve them inside the resort itself.
Are there any special sightseeing packages?
Yes we have special sightseeing packages.
I am travelling with a physically challenged family member. What facilities you offer?
Certainly, we offer wheelchairs for physically challenged people.
How can you help me in case of medical emergencies?
We have a doctor on call.
Do you have a parking facility?
Yes. Ample parking space at owners risk.
How safe is the area in which the resort is and how safe is the resort for the customers?
Our resort is under CCTV surveillance at all times
Are outside guests allowed in the resort?
Guests are allowed in reception and restaurant area.


What are your meal timings?
It is served from 8:00am to 11:00pm.
I am a vegan/ vegetarian. What special menu awaits me?
Yes, we have well distinguished separate utensils, tools and cooking area for vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food.


How can the payments be done?
Payments can be done through NEFT / RTGS while booking online and payment to be made onsite can be made through cash/ Paytm. No debit & credit cards accepted)

Policy for Cancellation

If I book and do not turn up?
Please refer cancellation charges.
What are the cancellation charges?
If cancelled prior 5 days of arrival or no show – 100% retention of the total stay
If cancelled between 06 to 10 days of arrival – 50% retention of the total stay.
If cancelled before or more than 11 day of arrival – 90% refund.

How do I cancel my resort reservation?
To cancel your booking you need to send an email on the id given .
What kind of services are provided in rooms?
Self serve tea and coffee is available in all rooms.
What types of rooms are available in the resort?
The resort has 3 categories-Premium Cottages, Executive Room and Standard Room.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
All room reservations require a full advance payment and booking will be confirmed through E-mail, in case of emergency it can also be confirmed by SMS.
How many people do you accommodate in one room?
Standard Room- Two adults and accompanied child sleeping on same bed.
Executive Room- Two adults and two children with one single extra bed.
Premium Cottage- Two adults & two children. If family wishes can accommodate upto 5 people including 1 or 2 children at the mezzanine floor
What benefits do you offer for group bookings?
Depending on the number of rooms booked/ number of nights/ dates.
Is it a pet friendly resort?
Pets are welcomed, but must be leashed and attended all the time, however cleanliness must be strictly maintained by the guests.
Is the check-in time flexible?
It is sometimes possible to check – in earlier, depending on availability at an additional charge.
How large are the beds in the rooms?
All premium cottages and executive rooms have super king size bed measuring 6 1/2ft by 7 1/2ft (No separate beds are available). However one extra bed could be provided for a request on chargeable basis. Standard rooms have queen size beds. No extra bed is possible in standard room.
Is there a flexible check-in and check- out?
Our check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out is 10:00am. However, we endeavor to give the rooms as early as possible.
